  • Day 01 - Singapore / Bangkok

  • Day 02 - Bangkok / Paro

    Fly by the glorious views of the snow-capped Himalayas on the way to Paro Valley.

    Check into your hotel and freshen up.

    Take an easy hike off the beaten path to the 15th century Zurig Lhakhang above Paro Dzong overlooking the valley.

    Enroute, visit the iconic 17th century Paro Rinpung Dzong and descend to Drukgyel Dzong and on a clear day, be rewarded with a view of the glorious snow-capped Mt Jhomolhari. Picnic amidst the ruins then head off for a game of archery and dart!

  • Day 03 - Paro / Thimphu / Paro

    Drive to the BBS Tower Viewpoint for a stunning view of the valley. Visit the Takin Preserve to see Takin, Bhutan’s national animal. Take a view of the majestic Tashichoe Dzong, seat of the government before circumventing the Memorial Chorten.

    Brush shoulders with the everyday Bhutanese at the Centenary Farmers Market (open Fri – Sun) and the craft bazaar (closed on Tue). Learn about traditional herbal medicines at the National Institute of Traditional Medicine and proceed to the Folk Heritage Museum.

  • Day 04 - Paro

    Set on a vertical cliff face, the Taktshang Monastery defies all engineering logic. Hike up for a dramatic view or choose to take a pony ride that can be arranged at an additional cost.

    Visit Kyichu Lhakang, one of the oldest temples in Bhutan and enjoy a home-cooked dinner in a farmhouse for that authentic Bhutanese experience!

  • Day 05 - Paro / Bangkok / Singapore

    After breakfast, transfer to the airport for your flight.

    1-day Extension Option

    Overnight Bumdra Trek via Taktshang Monastery

    A unique trek up to the unspoiled wilderness of Bhutan’s Taktshang Monastery, rated moderate to challenging. The trek begins at Sangchen Chokhor and through untouched forests and meadows of wildflower. Camp at Bumdra before descending to Taktshang Monastery the next morning.

    Haa Valley Alpine Explorer (with Biking and Overnight Village Homestay Option)

    Take a 3 hour drive across Chele Las and arrive at the remote Haa valley. Discover the nomadic lifestyle of the Haap culture. Overnight in a village farmhouse, sampling home cooked delicacies and washing it down with Ara- a local brew.
